Buying products from Simply Inversion

By following the guidance and clicking “proceed/submit” you are agreeing to the Simply Inversion terms and conditions of sale.   

Availability

Most of the products listed on our website are available for immediate dispatch. However, subject to product demand, there may be slight delays. If this occurs, you will be informed immediately.

All products are subject to availability.

If the product you require is unavailable we may be able to advise you of an alternative. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the product you require or a suitable alternative, we shall reimburse your payment in full. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.  

Payment

Payment is taken when the order is placed with the price featured at the time of purchase along with any delivery charges. 

An email will be sent to acknowledge all accepted orders. Please ensure that your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

If, within 24 hours, you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us to ensure your order has been accepted.

Warranty

Simply Inversion will guarantee for 14 days that our products will remain free from defects or deficiencies. Simply Inversion prides itself on a high level of customer service and will ensure that realistic solutions will be applied to any situation that may arise. 

Simply Inversion reserves the right to alter these terms at any time.  

Simply Inversion will not give a warranty guarantee for:

1.        Damage caused by yourself

2.        Damage caused by incorrect installation

3.        Damage caused by incorrect use

4.        Damage caused by self repair or repairs by unauthorised third party.

Force Majeure

Simply Inversion shall not be liable for failures caused by the following unforeseen circumstances:

  • natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods)
  • wars, riots or other major upheaval
  • performance failures of parties outside the control of the contracting party (e.g., disruptions in telephone, supplier or production problems)
  • Government legislation or new regulations

Liability

Simply Inversion does not accept any liability for the following:

Loss or damage of private property

Death or personal injury caused by products, services or advice offered by us.

Consequential loss or loss of profits, business earnings or savings due to injury

Damage to private property by use/misuse of items sold by us.

Modifications to website

We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it.

Terms and Conditions: Please note that although we try to ensure that the content of our website is accurate; our websites may contain typographical errors, image errors  or other inaccuracies.

These Terms and Conditions replace all other Terms and Conditions previously applicable to the use of our website and/or sale of the Products.
